These are some things that I learnt from when I was bullied in school and were useful to me in life, advices I would give to someone who is getting bullied in college or at work:
People bully you because of your looks not because of your personality.
Nobody cares about the ugly male suffering, people can only either join or just ignore.
If your friends associate with your enemies, they are your enemies too.
Foids consider ugly people deserve bullying and will make fun of and gossip about.
Everyone is your enemy, unless they prove the opposite.
Don't try to fit in, it's pointless, don't go partying or try something like that, you are excluded from it.
Bullying doesn't just come from bad behaving people, it comes from everyone.
Avoid any situation where you are exposed to embarrasse yourself.
Never try to socialize more than it's strictly necessary.
Never share anything about your tastes, take for sure that everything you say, will be known for everyone.
Don't try to be kinder than it's extremely necessary, people will take advantage and make fun of you.
There is no way to stand up for yourself without getting fired or expelled from uni, so my advice is trying to avoid them as long it's possible.
Try to assume the worst about any social situation and about any person intention, if you do it, nothing will surprise you, and you will anticipate people's moves.
Don't be funny, it's a guarantee of becoming a clown everyone makes fun of.
Don't pretend to be something that you aren't, you will look ridiculous, and normies will notice.
If someone asks you about if you have a girlfriend say the truth, normies are simple but they aren't retarded, they will know you are lying, the best thing you can say is "currently I'm not dating", in 95% of the cases, they won't ask more about it.
Being unnoticed is good, because it means you aren't noticed in a negative way (I guarantee that's much worse)
Most important: don't try to ask out a foid if you don't want to become a living joke/getting fired/expelled.
