What are your plans for the future when you get older and get sick and not able to take care of yourself?

Recently i Got some high fever and i was unable to move from my bed and was very sick I am (23M) and my parents took care of my by bringing medicines and cooking food, so this got me into thinking how will i be able to manage if i have no one around to take care of me when i get sick,

There will be no wife, no children, no loved ones who takes care of us when i get older, it will get difficult to take care by ourself

when we die inside our house alone there must be someone with us in future who can find us dead and take us to hospital instead of leaving the body to rot alone at home

Truth is this is what makes our lives so depressing. The fact that we may get ill in the future with no one to help us is not only sad but dangerous. No one to drive you to a hospital or call the ambulance for you if you collapse from any illness.
