What are your feelings after watching a romance movie?

I don't watch romance movies, with the exception of Woody Allen movies.
I just watched Submarine, and my feelings were mainly of envy and helplessness.After all, we recognize that it is a fictional plot, but we cannot ignore that it is something completely banal to the eyes of a normie.

I fucking hate romance in movies and I feel sick afterwards. I watched donnie darko last night and the movie was cool but I just cannot stand teenagers in movies experiencing teen love and I just sit behind a screen like a fucking soyboy watching them... I hate it.
