What are some other Free roam Medieval games I could play?

My favorite currently is Skyrim, I also enjoy the Fable series, and dragon age. Is there anything similar but entirely free roam like Skyrim?

Kingdom Come: Deliverance. Don't personally really like these types of games.

The Witcher 3 doesn't have character customization (except from haircut and beard) but it's free roam and medieval.

Yeah it's pretty fun, can get frustrating cause some of the bosses are hard but yeah, you play as a viking and you go out and explore this world as you do odins bidding and fuck up some giant bosses
