Nah, I think women are plenty capable of having mental conditions, it's just that the consequences for them in society are lower than males. Men are expected to be superior to women & have good genetics while women fraud with makeup & get taken care of in relationships, society & with affirmative action.
The net negative for any shortcomings are simply higher for males.
