Always look out for yourself, no body else will. You're alone in this world and you're the main character of your own story. If you're not getting any female attention by the age 20 it's likely over for you so don't waste your time on them. Exercise and eat right, try to stay away from goyslop. It's ok to live a little and eat shitty sometimes but don't make it part of your consistent diet. Learn a discipline that takes lots of knowledge and experience. If you are ever given the opportunity to do the right thing, then do the right thing. Don't get addicted to drugs and save as much money as you can. Have a healthy relationship with porn and prostitutes (in videogame). This is what I would tell my 18 year old self

As an 18yo, this is my mentality. I personally believe we hit the wall at 25, at that point everything begins to become more and more difficult and in all likelihood your fucked.
