Went to gym

It was good, I worked out, I felt good, I made sure to lift heavier weights than the foids “around” me (in same building, I was maybe within 20 meters of them, I could have probably caught one of them if I sprinted)
Then I returned home, ate liver and kicked a football around. Of course it went over the fence. That’s alright, maybe the neighbour will throw it back over the fence tomorrow.
