Unless there is some future ai tech that gets us here by 2030/2050 most of us will be dead when it becomes a reality in 2100. Here I was wishing my cope would become a reality sooner.
Technology advances exponentially, I doubt it won't at least debut in our lifetimes. 
I don't believe in technological advance. In fact I believe it's regressing.
Two examples: look at Cuckit's interface 2014ish and now. It's much worse. Same goes for Twitter (bragged about it being female designed).

You underestimate the future. Looks as though life will be pretty interesting for everyone by 2030.
