Mass moves mass, this is why the worlds strongest men all have a sizeavle portion of body fat, they need to sacrifice looks to bulk and build as much strength as possible

This should be common sense. It's much easier for a 300 pound guy to lift 315 than it is for a 150 pound like to lift 315, bc the 300 pounder is only lifting his own bodyweight while the 150lber is lifting twice his bodyweight

Also the range of motion for lifting is decreased with more mass

Additionally,
Caloric intake = energy

Heavier people need larger caloric intakes

Energy increases strength

You can also use your weight as an advantage in grappling, you can move them while they can't move you, you can drag them down and crush them more easily

Force = mass times acceleration which means you can also hit harder

TLDR just bloatmaxx theory

i used to play football so i understand the correlation with weight=more strength i remember playing football my freshman year and i was backup for nosetackle and i remember i was able to bullrush the center and i remember managing to tackle a very short small 5’5 but quick fucking toned out twink i didnt really need much power into the tackle i had onto used about 50% of it when it came to tackling him i caused a fumble as i remember knocking his wind out while i layed on top of him
