I used to be obese a while back. Now I'm around 190 lbs for almost 6 ft.

I do exercise, but I don't expect anything.

Ummm the proof is all over the internet where copers describe a benefit of going to the gym as being more attractive to women. Though sometimes they say the muscle directly is attractive (JFL) and other times they say you get more kunfidence which women find attractive (JFL at thinking confidence matters).

Losing weight can be legit for the 10% Chad population.

But he could have achieved that result by never going to the gym. Losing weight is 80% diet.

Looking like that is having a low body fat percentage. Which is obtained only by lifting. Or else you'll look like a Jew in a concentration camp.

I've got no facial bones so it llkely wouldn't make much difference. I'm currently cutting down to 50kg though so I'll update you when thats done. I'e got 5kg left to go. If I'm not lean after that obviously pizza and chips is the way to go as I'll NEVER have a lean face if I don't at 50kg.

Most people couldn't get horsecel physique because getting that body is heavily dependent on genetics too.

Women wants good genes, and a body LIKE HORSECELS is an indicator of that. But some gymcel who does average lifts or injects roids to bulk up...thats not an indicator of good genes as literally anyone can bulk and roid to get big. You have to really stand out like horsecel to make it worthwhile.
