Weak eyes

I rot at home for entire weeks. When I go out my eyes are so uncomfortable with sunlight and seeing distant objects that a vain on my right temple becomes visible and I get dark semicircles under my eyes. I think this is due to my extreme anxiety and lack of physical activity as well. It puts too much stress on my body. I hate my life.
