problem is a lot of people describe themselves as non-NT despite not actually being a diagnosed autist or having any traits besides social awkwardness (which can sometimes be attributed to being very ugly anyway). overall it is what it is. youngcels will join regardless of rules.

I'd say, only if they're friendless and never had any real friends. If you've got friends in high school, even if you're autistic, you're clearly socially valuable enough that there's a chance for ascension, if you try before rotting here.
