Saying that "ethnics" would be disadvantaged isnt entirely true because blacks seem to have about the same SMV as whites, there needs to be a term like "non-white", but one which doesn't include blacks into it, but curries, rices, arabs, jews, maybe even some dark latinos.

Tbh I never took ethnic to mean strictly non-white. Always took it to mean low SMV race like asian, Indian, sub Saharan African, middle eastern, etc. I never included American blacks in there.

Ethnics is already used by some to refer to non-whites that aren’t black, from my experience it’s usually stormcopers that will include blacks in the “Ethnic” category

subsaharans arent lowSMV, infact they may even have higher SMVs than saharan africans (like algerians)
