about a month ago I had an injury while lifting. I do mantinence for appartments and they have a gym, I try to get a couple sets in whenever i pass by the gym on the job. One day when i was doing shrugs I started getting light headed but i kept going, next thing i knew something was wrong i was more lightheaded and tired than usual. After I took my lunch break i was so tired i took a nap on in the breakroom when I woke up all hell broke lose. The sun was hurting my eyes and I was very weak, I looked it up on reddit and they said i might have pinched a nerve in my neck and i just need to massage it. Well after i massaged it I ended up getting pins and needles in my whole body,

Its a month later and I still have pins and needles, I was only doing 50lbs shrugs. Thats what I get for trying to self improve

Ive been training since I was 13 now I cant train anymore because I dont want to fuck my nervous system anymore. God is just trolling me at this point. lifting was the last thing I had and now i cant even do that. My mental health is declining and now my physical health at age 24, I think he is calling me home

50 pound shrugs? How long have you been lifting?
 
Stick to the bigger compound lifts for a start. It's a learning process you have to know what your own body is capable of and how it reacts to things. It sounds like you pushed too hard too fast to me.
 
Should take 100mg of Nandrolone for joint relief/lubrication.
