Experiment Wagecuckcels how many hrs of sleep do you get before getting in the cage?

I always have anxiety when i know i'll be working the next day. So i can't fall asleep easily like i do on the weekends. I get 5-7 hrs of sleep before going to work and i'm always tired because i need 9hrs of sleep.

6-8 hours because if it was any less I'd probably drop dead at my work

I want nothing more than to die peacefully in my sleep.

Usually between 6 and 8 hours. If I wake up having had less than 6 hours of sleep, I'll go to the toilet and go back to bed. I can usually get at least another hour's sleep during which I tend to have vivid dreams.
