A new legislation has been signed in Russia. It marks the final step in outlawing gender-change procedures. The legislation also annuls marriages in which one person has “changed gender”. It also bans transgender people from becoming foster or adoptive parents.

I wonder how this will impact Russia's population if (the legislation) sustained.
