I finished ori and the will of the wisps.
Highly recommend it, some of the best platforming in any game I've seen.
So the villain is this giant owl creature who was born after her parents were already dead. She was born "ugly" and deformed and because of that was ostracized and abandoned by her own kind and others too. Out of options, she's forced to crawl back to her birthplace where the corpses of her parents are.
Who would've thought that she'd end up a ruthless monster?
