Yeah it's brutally blackpilled but i actually found it wholesome in a strange way as well. The real torture is being spoonfed all those empty platitudes, only to embarass yourself miserably over and over by taking them seriously.

Like he described, it's cope or the rope. Either way is better than an endless parade of shame and self-guilt wondering "What did i do wrong" It's better to confront the harsh reality directly than agonize over something you have no real power over
