Serious Venlafaxine / Effexor anyone tried it?

It's an SSNRI for avpd with also dopaminergenic effects at higher dosises. It fucks with me ded srs. Tired, muscle fatigue, dizzy. Is 150mg maybe still not enough?

How much do you take? What are your effects? I heard the dopaminergen effect only starts at 225mg.
