There is a large meta analysis and also a study done on japanese men and some more studies. If I remember correctly the intake period in those studies ranged from anything like a couples of weeks to 1 year. But they consumed soy daily and in relatively high amounts, in your regular diet you won't even consume that much and they found no changes in hormonal levels in men aswell as in women.
