I’m 6 feet and weigh 308 pounds. I wanna get down to 200 pounds. I’m gonna achieve that by dieting(eating less) moderate exercise(walking) five days a week, 30 minutes per day. I’m gonna start off this June with three days out of the week, and end by the August hopefully be able to do five days a week and keep it that way for a good while. I can’t depend on me losing weight on getting my drivers license(and a car) so I can sign up for a gym freely and not have to worry about also having a cab money. I wanna learn how to drive for the sake of driving as a basic adult. I’m waiting until June so I can mentally prepare and also get my eating habits in check. Then it’s go time.
 
sounds like a good way to improve standard of living, why not start now though?
 
you can do that nigga, Im sure you can pull that of in a year or two. Being jacked up and your dms filled with stacies
