Over the last few days I made the difficult decision to just disappear from social media. I’m tired of everything and everyone. I stopped replying to my friends and just deleted everything. I have plans to change jobs and move to another city. I just want to stay on a few forums like this one

So far, no one has even noticed I’m gone because I’m irrelevant. Since the beginning of my life, I’ve gotten used to being alone and now I’m taking that to a whole new level

I just want to be happy and forget everything I’ve done lately. I just want to live a good life for once in my life

i'm curious if you are a zoomer and that's why you had a bunch of social media like that, cos it's basically zoomer culture to exchange it all the time and it's even encouraged by school sometimes

i never used it at all cos i'm a millenial and i was treated pretty badly by my classmates (even former "friends") and there was no culture of everyone sharing their social media, that's probably how most oldcels are like

yea, I was born in the 2000s so I have accounts on those social media platforms, but even so I don’t use them that much or share what I’m up to. I created them mostly to impress people and fit in with my coworkers and friends

I'm probably going to delete my social media, it's very depressing seeing the scum that bullied me living good lives. I also want to protect myself since I just can't trust anyone anymore.

I also switched over all social media accounts from my name to my Silentium handle, and nobody cared of course.
All the bullies that were still in my ig contacts I removed.
