Despite that, I still believe that IQ is not determined by race because socioeconomic factors explain why groups of people are more developed than others. And It's impossible for IQs to be accurate when they don't take external factors into account. So far, we know that Genes for higher intelligence are not more common in Europeans than Africans. In reality, genes for higher intelligence are universal among all humans regardless of geography
There isn't a legitimate study that proves genes for Intelligence were prioritized more in Europe than in Africa. Without a credible source, this is an opinion or an unsupported theory.

Studies show that one doesn't overpower the other. Both are important. Unless you have evidence of an experiment where both whites and blacks have equal conditions, then it's just your personal opinion.

They didnt have abundant amounts of coal and iron which were needed to make the industrial revolution happen. Without the industrial revolution, certain technologies wouldn't have been possible. Africa does have resources but not the specific resources that other continents had. Additionally, Africans had trains but they were built to export resources to Europe, they werent used to benefit the African people. You are obviously misinformed about this topic.
