UK-born Currycel - am I wasting geomaxxing potential?

I was born and raised in the UK. Living in a city that's majority white. According to the blackpill, this should be a prime Geomaxxing opportunity as I'm already in a Western country, around women who are way more attractive than the ones back in Saarland.

But I've never actually approached a woman, not a single cold approach.

So does simply being born in a country outside of your native country count as Geomaxxing, or is Geomaxxing only activated when you actually fly to another environment?

If it still counts as Geomaxxing, then it's like I'm starving to death while sitting at a buffet.

So what's the verdict? Is a UK-born Currycel who never approaches still Geomaxxing by default? Or is am I just a geographically fortunate volcel?
