It's okay. I learned to cope by going to the gym. It won't make my wrists bigger, but at least my muscles will look unnaturally big compared to my tiny wrists, even if they are not big at all. Imagine the biceps and triceps of a grown man on the wrists of a 12 year old girl, that's how it looks. Or will look. Soon.

I’m not sure if mine are small or not but they are weak. I’ve tried to do some power lifting but my joints in my wrists and shoulders can’t take it. They give out before my muscles do. You have to be born with good joints to be a successful power lifter.

Exactly. So I became a bodybuilder instead. It's the better sport for small joints, and I love the cope. Let's get big and forget about the weight.

My wrists and shoulders hurt like hell btw, especially when benching, even though I barely bench 60kg (135lbs)

Same. Wasn’t always like that but maybe it’s cuz I’m oldcel now. My front delts hurt bad when benching even 135.

Exactly! The front delts are the worst. How old are you? I'm only 21 and I've had these problems since I started lifting at 18. It never began.

Late 30s. Didn’t have these problems at your age.
