Last night I dreamt I was in the bathroom of my own home. And the floor was suddenly sticky, I couldn’t move at all. Then I started sinking, the bathroom tiles were like quicksand, I couldn’t get out. I kept sinking deeper and deeper, and then all of a sudden the floor just opened up into this massive yawning chasm which I fell through

My weird nightmare today was having my phone destroyed. First it slipped from my hand into the train tracks, then a pigeon appeared and kept collecting the phone and dropping it in random places until it gave up.

My phone was fucking expensive for the limited budget I have.

Take mugwort and Sage. Like take the whole plants and cut it up, and boil it and then simmer with a lid on for 10-20 mins. Then put in glass jar in fridge and drink a lot before bed, and put 500mcg of melatonin under tongue.
