Discussion Two Seperate Groups of Japanese People Asked me if I was a Halfu (Hapa) is this a bad or good thing?

For those of you who don't know I speak enough Japanese to hold basic conversations in it.

Because of this I'm typically helping Japanese customers more than anyone else where I work (Predominent race of customers is Asian), well recently two customers asked if I was a hafu/halfu and I was like, "No lol".

What does this mean?

I would attribute the lessons, I used to marathon eps like that and it barely helped me other than recognizing the occasional word/phrase and still couldn't remember it or write it.

Yeah I learn Kanji, I don't know all the Kanji tho, hell, many Japanese people don't know many Kanji either outside of the basic common ones either. Not that that's an excuse not to learn it of course, i'll still learn all that shit.

Learning new words gets really easy once you know many kanji. It is unbelievable how easy it gets.
Maybe I should write a Hanzi/Kanji guide as I haven't written any guides for a while
