Ok. I myself can't cry easily. I just learned to hold it in and not be emotional because of how I always got shut down and shamed for showing any emotion. If I vent to my mother, I get told to be an adult and stop being a drama queen, and mind you, I only would vent after a massive amount of bad shit built up.
