I made a distinction between 95% truecels and 100% truecels.
Realistically with an absurd amount of money you could totally redo your looks with surgery. It may be risky but its still POSSIBLE to change which is my point. A part of being an incel is not being lucky enough for that.

So let me get this straight: if a guy has, for example, 5 genetic aesthetic flaws, such as a recessed jaw, chin, and maxilla, deep-set eyes, and a hooked nose. There are surgeries that can fix these, right? So, if he is very ugly but his 5 flaws have surgical solutions, does he "automatically" stop being a truecel?

The real problem for this ugly guy is that he comes from a working class background and will need to be extremely pragmatic with money, spending years saving up cash for hardmaxxing. This is even harder when he lives in a third world country since the prices are even more expensive
