This is true. I always cut mine very short to the point of it looking like I'm a soldier. I've done that for 20 years. Last year I stopped giving a fuck and just let it grow. A little bit more and I'll have a ponytail. Truth is that there's no hair for an ugly face. With a good face this amount of thick black hair would make anyone look better. But not me.
