I cope by drinking gallons of water everyday to the point of having stomach pains, because I have a severe fear of dehydration since in can cause certain health problems.

I stay daily hydrated myself. That being said, I also drink Orange Juice at least twice almost everyday, and I also drink 1-2 cups of coffee a day. I also drink alcohol somewhat frequently.
