Anyone else the same? I’m hesitant and fearful of going outside and getting mogged, I’m hesitant to talk to the cashier, I’m even hesitant to open the door to the food delivery driver.

Before every action I do i overthink and plan a strategy to not fuck up and look like a retard to everyone as a fear of being laughed at.

Yeah that's what happens when you get bullied constantly throughout your development years. Constant negative reinforcement. I managed to get out of that headspace years ago. It's doable, for sure, but does take some effort.
