That's just being a good person. Any person with compassion and empathy would care about other living beings, regardless of them being humans or not.

That could be extrapolated to all people. If you truly watch the way people (men and foids) interact with one another, you realize everyone is just exploiting others for themselves. Most relationships are exploitative and one or the other is attempting to obtain something from the other. Even in nature, this is kind of how many relationships are. Human society and people are somewhat of a reflection of nature.
