Truecel trait: hopelessly suffering from insomnia

I have no issue being alone with my thoughts but I just can't sleep without either reading for a couple of house or surfing the net. Even if I don't use any stimulation I still end up playing out scenarios in my head for hours until I fall asleep.

Well I do that too, sometimes, but imagine not being able to sleep even though you really really want to.
