I remember this was so bad when I was in elementary school and I had a bad headache almost every week and now the nightmare is coming back to me! Fuck why does my head always have to ache along with life?

everyday, 24/7 now because of TMJD. before my TMJD I used to have them almost every week due to fucked up sinuses (genetic ofc). When I was in school I'd have to get picked up from school sometimes because I'd get sick from how bad they were.

For me i have Headaches especially when its warm outside luckily it's winter now so i barely have 2 headaches a week

I’ve had headaches brutally often in school and it would feel like my head was gonna explode for the second half of every day. Glad it rarely happens anymore
