Truecel trait: bad health

My health is dogshit, I am neurotic and have poor overall health. I’ve started getting random chest tightness, and before you say it I am not vaccinated so I think it is asthma developing or something, as I have always had bad lungs (another truecel trait) as I hear chest tightness is a symptom. Just another feature to add to the subhuman list, I guess.

I stopped caring about my health when I accepted death as my reality. Good health is for normies who would enjoy long lives. I'm planning on dying young

In today's time you still can get 50 years old easily even with bad health. This existence won't let us go.

I also get this when I dont sleep/slept under 6 hours
But could also be asthma idk cuz I also have it and cant guarantee its not from it

Try changing your diet to natural foods that boost T such as onions and red meat, also try going for a walk everyday because it helps you meditate and keeps your body going. Avoid things such as wi fi radiation, industrialized products, plastic, etc

Yeah very truecel trait overall,I had a heart attack when I was 20 and will die possibly really young
