Have you guys been conditioned to believe that whenever someone laughs its always about you? I think of myself as so pathetic because I cant explain to myself that people are probably laughing at something else because I have been laughed at before so much. Especially by foids, it's so irritating and nerve-wracking.
 
Unless they are laughing while looking at me, no.

It's a symptom of avoidant personality disorder, which afflicts me.

Yes im paranoid too, but maybe it's a realistic fear because I always tended to get scapegoated
