By far the biggest ethnic group. They are kinda fudging the numbers here, since multiple language and customs are put under the single "Han" label. Even then, they would probably still be in the billions
2) Arabs (470 million)
Technically it's a bunch of different ethnic groups like Yemeni, Moroccan, Levantine, etc etc but they all share a single language, culture and religion. It's not like they resent the label though, as they all consider themselves arab.
3) Bengalis (250 million)
NO bs. Just pure breeding and reproducing. They're all concentrated around fertile river deltas and their intensive farming practices yield lots of extra food, at the cost of being labor intensive. Throw this all together and you have an extremely powerful curry reproduction machine
4) Russians (150 million)
I have no clue why tbh ngl. Just have tons of land theory?
5) Javanese (120 million)
Volcanic soil makes rice farming extremly easy. Rice farming is intensive but produces lots of food, so the more people you have the more food you get so you make more kids which work more which make more food and you keep going until you're in the hundreds of millions

I have never been to Russia myself but I heard many of my own people, other Caucasians and Central Asians live there who actually breed more than the Slavic population which together might add up to such numbers.
It does however depend on which sources you found that info from and whether it refers only to ethnic Slavic Russians or also immigrant and non Slavic groips
