LDAR Too depressed to exercise

I just invested all my money on a home gym. The home gym consists of DBs and a really good gym-tier bench. It's not much, but enough.
I also purchased a good workout program that I used AI to tweak the program to fit my equipment and I worked out and my workout was 60 minutes.
I felt literal suffering throughout each rep. I almost broke down crying just 10 minutes into my workout session.
I feel like it's so over. What to do? I spent the money, and i'll use the sunk cost (fallacy) to consistently exercise.
 
Thats good, its supposed to hurt and feel miserable, anything that is worth it requires sacrifice and suffering nothing is handed to u for free as a incel
 
Even jus one minute of suffering is a good start u dont have to go too hard at the start jus make slow progress and get better or try at least, even if it sucks
 
You do what I did (I also spent a lot on weights).

Get a fucking bar door like I suggested before, and focus on diet, either skinny max or lean max.

Do core excercises only, you don't need to do sets, just LDAR and when you get bored hop on that bar and do some reps.

FYI motivation comes and go for men, our will is directly tied to T levels, and if you are depressed and is a depression that is tied to longing (Inceldom) expect to have far more downs than ups.
 
I wouldn't say go straight to that lol, but certainly some other basic supplements would help give OP more energy.

I am doing this for health, and looking better once I lose the fat. I heard if you lose fat without any physical activity your skin will sag and become really ugly, and you can offset some of that by preserving muscle as you lose fat (i.e., strength training)

Then do what I said, get a door bar and focus on diet.

It will take time but you will have 0 excess skin, and sounds like your problem is anxiety / impatience, fix that with some copes.

Yep, like i suggested, you WILL get lean with just diet and a pull up bar, trust me.

It is a core exercise, if you can implement some walking, minimum of 30 minutes, don't measure distance, measure time.
 
I used to be in very good shape. Now I find it hard to even get up and walk.

Planks or crunches, anything else and I lack motivation as well.

Crunches you need to be careful how you do then, like posture is super important.

Then for the bar do chin ups, you don't need to do pull ups.

But if your goal is just lose weight and maintain muscles just keep protein high-ish with eggs, sell these weights and buy whey if you don't want to deal with protein w/food.
 
Honestly if I had the $ I would be in a far better shape now thanks to diet, like tuna cans, eggs and salmon.

But where I live that shit is mad expensive,so I only eat eggs and red meat in the breakfast.
