I tried to workout today but I couldn't get past the first exercise. It just felt pointless and I couldn't be bothered to finish it.
I don't even know what to do anymore.

I had the same thoughts today and many days before.

Sometimes, it's better to just shut your brain off and go exercise than to think about your situation.

Even a half workout is better than no workout.
Today I mentally couldn't do a full workout, so I settled for a half workout.

I use my waifu as motivation to train and leanmaxx. Every time I'm about to give in to the temptation to eat, I think about her and how I should have a six-pack so she'd even deign to look at me, and then I continue on my journey of self-improvement.

Sometimes I feel like that about exercise. Well, I say exercise but the only exercise I do is walking.

Imo it's great, no foids in slut clothes, no 50kg normies trying to bench empty bar, nobody will take your machine l, etc. I wish I could always get an empty gym

i can't exercise without music, days i don't do cardio i am hungrier than the days i do.

It’s a private gym so maybe that’s why idk.
But still it’s kinda suifuel to see nobody there, bcs they are having a great time instead of gym rotting like some losers.
 
cant go to indoor gyms, I have so shit genes that I sweat like a 60 year old man. 50% of gym time is just wiping the sweat with towel.

Sometimes you can try different or new excercises. If you don't swim much I would recommend trying it. I swim a lot and it helps keep things varied for me.

Ngl taking your car or bus and going to some nice sea location is more productive, chill and actually better training

visiting a gym was weirdly depressing even without exercising
- receptionist is an arrogant cuntoid that's tired of being approached by chads all day
- the only guy talking to girls was the gym's instructor flexing his status
- my buddy literally said he never talks to people in there, especially not to girls
- nothing about going there was any in any energizing or social

Usually around 8 pm or a bit later during summer, bcs it’s hot as hell to train before that time
 
Exercising depresses me because it reminds me of the time when I actually did exercise and bond with nature and keep myself in shape. Even going outside for a short walk triggers me due to this.
 
I skip the gym sometimes when I'm not feeling it too. It's ok to do this. In some forms, depression can be useful for figuring out the things that are actually meaningful to you. If you feel too depressed to do something, spend your time looking for another activity that actually sparks joy/interest. Your brain is not letting you get away with doing the same old routine, so find a way to please it. You might not figure it out on the first night, but it's better to skip the things you are not in the mood for and explore other options. Try to avoid cheap stuff like doomscrolling and porn.
