Tomorrow I will turn myself into a psych ward

I need to be medicated/treated to stop my harmful thoughts. Primarily my homicidal ones as that is the most harmful, and then my suicidal ones. I have mass murder-suicide on my mind all the time and have done questionable things that I cannot say on here to advance these thoughts.

What kind of medication do you take?
