So I avoid mirrors like plague because I have a heart attack anytime I look at a mirror.

One look at a mirror and my day is ruined already. Things were getting bad recently when even a glance at a mirror could make me choke up and feel hard to breathe for some minutes

By now I had removed almost all mirrors from.my house except for one in the bathroom so that I can shave

But I hated what looked back at me in the mirror so I smashed it in anger

It was hard to clean tho. Because the glass pieces were everywhere
