What's your workout split?
full body every three days and 3 days of cardio in between. bench, upside down sit ups, pull ups, squats and recently I added ring rows but I haven't gotten the hang on them to consider them part of my routine

Yeah I am, I'm bulking rn. Also I don't count calories either but I probably will do that down the line when I want to get shredded.
