I'm sedentary and 20% body fat but still high t. What would be the best approach. There are kickboxing and boxing classes in my city. Which do you recommend? Should I build up some basic fitness level in the gym and with cardio before doing it?

I'm sick of sitting all the time.
 
I did BJJ for just over a year but I feel so old and tired all the time, my body takes days to recover vs a young chad. It was fun but it sucks being reminded of how inferior you are physically non stop. I do wish I hadn't stopped, im so fat and bloated now, I need to lose at least 20lbs of fat.

SOmetimes going out there and doing shit helps, sometimes starting at home helps

I do DDP yoga by that old wrestler geezer Diamond Dallas or whatever
its good, can find videos for free and surprisingly painful/difficult, he's ripped as fuck and only does his yoga, no weights
