I don't know if many of you lucid dream, I've never done it before and I haven't even really tried to but life has been feeling more depressing than usual lately so I want to find a new way to cope

If any of you have any tips, please share them

I don't think I'll try to have sex while lucid dreaming cause I heard it usually leads to waking up right away and I'm not really interested in it regardless. I've never experienced the real thing (not even through escorts) and the few times I've had sex in a dream it has been very uncomfortable for me. Their pussies are always so, so cold for some reason...

The first thing I'd probably try to lucid dream about would be cuddling with my oneitis if anything

I once accidentally had a lucid dream. I was dreaming as usual and suddenly became self-aware and realized I was dreaming. I got very excited knowing the possibilities, but then I woke up :feelsbadman:

my dreams are bad so no lucid dreaming would be better

I’ve heard that taking melatonin helps but don’t hold me to that

format:webp

Take 1 teaspoon of magnesium 1 hour before going to bed and dissolve it in 1 glass of water and drink it (it tastes a little bad, so you can reduce the dosage a little)

i've heard high doses of melatonin helps and focusing on something like tapping your fingers, I've never tried it because I experience sleep paralysis and I'm afraid it'll trigger it everynight but its what I've read online works to help induce a lucid dream that and waking up for a little bit during sleep then going back to sleep after like a hour

My advice in here

Lucid dreaming in 2025

Never believed in this shit

Try not to sleep for a full night, then naturally while you are doing something like reading or studying you will fall asleep alone but with sleep paralysis, that way it is easier to have lucid dreams, I say this from experience.

Sleep deprivation makes them more vivid, so more chance of lucid dreaming; I noticed I manage to do that way more often when I leave my phone on with gameplay vidoes or music playing

i have lucid nightmares

Only happens to me when I take benzos.
