So I have tinnitus, some ear ringing disorder thingy. Many people also have it.

Mostly can get annoying on a quiet room where you're trying to concentrate or sleep.

Lucky you can mark the noise for a while by watching these videos, works for.me at least.

I don't have tinnitus but after listening to this for a bit I think I experienced it temporarily
