I had an ear infection on my left ear that had build up fluid and completely deafen my left ear for a week

The tinnitus was so fucking unbearable I couldn’t sleep for shit

Went to the doctors told me it was a middle ear infection prescribed me with penicillin finally went away but my god there was so much fucking pus!

Did learn that covering ears with palm and tapping fingers on skull relieves some of the tinnitus for a little bit. Enough to get to sleep. Look it up on YouTube for method
