To top it all off, i have tinnitus which is ringing in my ears 24/7 and visual snow (i see worm like things and constant flashes in visible light which is the morning so i have to wear sunglasses).

Electrical engineering isn’t that bad but I’m not passionate about it and I’m in my third semester only. I’m failing many classes because I just can’t stand to go anymore. I’m graduating late already 3 semesters in. It’s truly over. What are your struggles in life

That is a good choice for a major, but it certainly requires a lot of hard work.

The most fundamental struggle I have in my life is loneliness. I think that loneliness is unfixable because I do not believe that love can exist given how limited human communication and capacity to understand each other is. There is no love one can give or receive, whether platonic or romantic, because love does not exist. Sometimes believing that helps ease my loneliness, other times it makes it worse. Maybe one day I will find a way to truly put my loneliness at ease.
