It’s certainly true in regards to New World colonization, as technological and immunity superiority were the main reasons whites dominated Natives so effortlessly.
For Africa I guess it’s less true because the nigs were the ones with better disease immunity (and tropical diseases were killing tons of white troops) but the technology and strategy advantage and the reasoning behind it still applies.
Where this holds up the least is in the case of the MENA and curryland. There was not only no special immunity whites possessed there, but both of the aforementioned regions were also invaded many more times than Western Europe. So while a genetic advantage obviously contributed to colonization’s success there, I wouldn’t necessarily chalk it up to being better-tested against foreigners
