Music is second best thing. But even that gets repetitive. Don't have the energy to explore new stuff.

Anime is cringe and boring. Most series don't have any thematic depth or character complexity. Plus they are all targeted at teenagers anyway.

Vidya is way too much effort. Don't have a good gaming system anyway. Haven't played a modern aaa title in years. Even the ones I can play feel more like a chore than entertainment.

Attention span is dead so can't read books. I start one then drop after a few pages.

Movies and tv dramas are alright but its hard finding a good one.

Actually anything that requires to put down phone and open laptop, be it movies, shows, anime, vidya feels too much effort.
